Last imformations       

-       For accommodation, the Escandille provides a hotel service (sheets, towels,...)

-       Don’t forget to bring warm clothes. We planned an outdoor activity on Wednesday (snowshoe, cross-country or downhill skiing,…)

-       You can also take your swimming equipment (swimsuit, towels…)

Transport

-       For people who will take the private bus, the meeting point is near the entrance of the bus station (next to the train station) at 1 pm. Bus station is “gare routière” in French.

-       If you take the regular bus, you can find practical information

-       You have to buy a ticket either in the “Transisere” office at the train station, or at the ATM at the bus station (3 zones - 5,60 €)

-       Bus 5100 Grenoble - Lans en Vercors leaves from the “gare routière” next to the railway station.

-       Then you take the bus 5120 in Lans en Vercors “maison du tourisme”, to go to Autrans village.

-       Someone will pick you up in Autrans village.

Conference website

Conference location

The conference will take place in Autrans (close to Grenoble,France) in the holiday village « Escandille » : http://www.escandille.com.

Information concerning accommodation, restaurants and transport will be posted on the conference website in due time.

Dates of the conference

Attendees will be welcomed on Monday, January 22, 2018, from 10:00 onwards. The conference starts on Monday, January 22, 2018, at 14:30 and finishes on Friday, January 26, 2016 at 12:30.

Registration rate

The registration rate, which will be posted on the conference website in due course, includes:

• participation in all conference activities;
• pre-proceedings made available to the conference participants on the website;
• participant pack;
• all meals (from Monday to Friday) and refreshment breaks;
• accommodation;
• access to lounges; and
• gala dinner

Registration fees (including accommodation and meals):

   - Normal fee (until October 15 30th, 2017): Single room 720 € / Double room 620 € per person

   - Increased fee (from November 1st, 2017 to December 15, 2017): Single room 780 € / Double room 660 € per person
